CA21 – The Basque Pyrenees

Self-guided walking tour in Aquitaine (France) in the Western Pyrenees from Saint Jean Pied de Port to Hendaye via some beautiful Basque villages.

The Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees combine to give us a wonderful paradise, which is so welcoming. The Basque Pyrenees are excellent grounds for tours and are full of charm! From St Jean Pied de Port, you will walk to the sea through some summits or passes. By some steep paths along the Spain-French frontier. You will walk across forests, moors, meadows and through typical villages where life is pleasant in the shady main square, or near the fronton, symbol of the Basque region.
